I Am All That Is Breakfast – Barrel Aged

We brewed this stout with over 500 fresh, homemade pancakes! After fermentation, we aged half of the brew in a bourbon barrel and half in a maple syrup barrel. Once they rested for about 11 months, we blended them together to produce this champion of a beer. Slam this pancake stout, bang your fists on the bar, and proudly declare “I AM ALL THAT IS BREAKFAST!”
