Persnickety Witch- 2026

She is back and Persnickety as ever! Concocted with roasted squash, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger, this brew is very well-rounded with a smooth bodied palate chased by the warmth of baking spices.

While not as well-known as the witches of Salem, Jamestown had its own issues with witchcraft. It is also well known that the potions witches brewed are actually early forms of beer. Recently uncovered documents, found amongst the belongings of known witches, revealed a beer recipe so good that it has been covered up by prohibitionist historians. Only known for her persnickety nature and without the recipe to follow, we created this tribute to the witch who made the greatest potion ever brewed.
