Rasselgeiss

Rasselgeiss is a Rauchbier, which is a style of beer that may not be familiar to a lot of people. “Rauch” is German for smoke so the style literally translates to smoke beer. In our version, we use beechwood smoked malt to impart a light smokiness in both the aroma and flavor. While the flavor can be overpowering in some versions of this style, I believe we found a great balance in our application of the smoke, resulting in a highly drinkable and unique beer that everyone can enjoy.
