Tide Brews & Good News Series #4

For our 4th installment of the Tide Brews and Good News Series we are partnered with The Mariners’ Museum and Park to develop our latest experimental IPA.  We chose to highlight the rich maltiness of Honey Oats combined with enriched Centennial and Cascade hops to create a bold fruit and malt forward brew. Combined with Jasper Particle Wave live yeast we unlocked new aspects of the hops unleashing juicy, topical notes while retaining necessary bitterness.
